Each Atelier Meditation pairs four natural stones with an approximately 20-minute professionally produced guided meditation, created as one complete experience. Two stones are used as the primary stones within your meditation, while Satin Spar Selenite and Clear Quartz serve as supporting stones for your experience.

• A beautifully designed meditation card with your affirmation, stone guidance, and preparation instructions
• A QR code providing access to your streaming guided meditation
• 12 months of meditation access from the date of purchase

How to Use Your Atelier Meditation

When you're ready, place your two primary stones nearby where you'll be sitting. Scan the QR code, settle into a quiet, comfortable space where you can give the meditation your full attention, and begin. Your guided meditation will tell you when and how to incorporate your stones throughout the experience.

Do not listen while driving or while performing any task that requires your focus.

Your Supporting Stones

Satin Spar Selenite can be used to energetically cleanse the other stones by simply placing them together. For best results, allow at least four hours. Overnight or 24 hours is ideal.

Clear Quartz is intended for use after your first meditation. Reflect on how the visualization felt. If one side felt more difficult than the other, place the Clear Quartz in that hand during your next session. It is used within the experience as an energetic amplifier.

Your personal QR code provides access to your meditation for 12 months from the purchase date of your box, so you can return to the experience throughout the year.
